This introductory course is intended for anyone who will be involved with the implementation or operation of a MATRIXX system. The course describes the hardware and software architecture, standard installation layouts and the (limited) external dependencies. All key terms used in the MATRIXX platform are defined and basic operational activities are also discussed.
