Global Tax and Accounting Manager

Reporting to the Corporate Controller you will be responsible for designing and implementing the vision for Tax and Accounting in collaboration with key stakeholders in the broader organization.  The Global Tax and Accounting Manager will lead the global tax accounting processes and will also assist with the accounting close including the consolidation of global financial results for U.S. GAAP and management reporting purposes.




  • Assist with the monthly close and consolidation process to ensure timely completion and compliance with Generally Accepted Account Principles (GAAP) and local statutory requirements
  • Assist internal and external audits to ensure compliance
  • Serve as tax accounting expert supporting global Tax Planning, Compliance, and Country Controllership regarding income tax accounting issues
  • Lead and manage US international and foreign tax planning strategies
  • Partner with business leaders, tax, finance, treasury, legal, and external advisors on business and tax planning matters
  • Project manage key Accounting and Tax changes across people, process and technology
  • Review contracts and collaborate with business leaders to ensure contracts contain key terms that are consistent with global tax structure and minimizing potential risks to the company
  • Manage international tax compliance including IRS audits, and certain foreign country and local income tax audits




  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 7-10 years of professional experience in public/private international tax and accounting, CPA preferred
  • Strong experience with major ERP system such as NetSuite, Intaact, Oracle or SAP
  • Strong experience and knowledge of structuring, operating and accounting for international operations
  • Deep understanding of business operations, specifically accounting, tax and financial analysis and planning
  • Relevant work experience in US and international tax research and compliance
  • Self-motivated with great attention to detail, project management and organizational skills and demonstrates strong ownership of tasks
  • Strong command of written, verbal and presentation and research skills.  Ability to develop and sustain relationships internally and cross-functionally.  Deep passion and expertise in financial systems and product management
